A commonly asked question is “Will cheek will be too much for me?”
We call this area of volume loss a “cheek split” where the two fat pads in the mid-face begin to separate and draw downwards.
When treating this, we place filler into the most “sunken” part of the cheek, rather than adding it to the fullest part.
The aim is to reconnect that beautiful, natural shape of the cheek and restore what’s been lost, without making the cheeks look bigger or overfilled. 🤍

The serum your friend swears by?
The moisturiser that was on offer?
The viral product you used approximately 4 times?! 😭
Because buying £20–£50 products repeatedly because they’re trending, then replacing them when you don’t see results, can get expensive pretty quickly too!
Wouldn’t you rather invest that little bit more into a smaller, targeted routine with active ingredients actually chosen for your skin?

There, I said it 🤷🏼♀️… Every face needs to be assessed individually rather than simply injecting wherever we see a line.
This area isn’t generally included when treating crow’s feet because it can be a little more complex.
If the orbicularis oculi (eye muscle) is contracting strongly and pulling the area in, carefully placed toxin may be appropriate in some patients.
However, if these lines are predominantly created by your natural smile, rather than excessive muscle contraction, treating them isn’t always the best option. Relaxing this area too much can alter the way the surrounding muscles move and potentially change the appearance of your smile.
Sometimes a line is simply part of your natural expression, and more toxin isn’t always better.

Uni update! 📚👩🏼⚕️… My new clinic hours are as follows:
✨ Tuesday: 10am–6pm
✨ Friday: 11am–3pm
✨ Saturday: 10am–4pm
I will then be back in clinic FULL time from 12th December up until 24th December… 🎄
I am also aware that I don’t have many available evening appointments… If you can’t find a time that’s suitable for you, please do message me and I will see what I can do!
