Just jumping on this trend because it made me laugh… and I thought people might actually be thinking these things about me! 😂

Yes, I do work! I saved up my holiday so I could take September off and celebrate turning 50. I work incredibly hard, juggling both my careers and doing all the hours God sends to make them a success. You only turn 50 once, and I feel so lucky to have reached this milestone feeling healthy and able to enjoy it.

I even chose to take a busy wedding season month off and pass on lots of lovely wedding bookings so I could have this time for myself. Sometimes you have to make that choice.

I saved for two years for this trip, and asked my family and friends to contribute towards it instead of buying me birthday presents. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have had the chance to enjoy all these fabulous experiences.

I know my Instagram page is meant to be more business focused, but I’m an oversharer and love letting you follow along with what I’m up to — warts and all (passport saga included! 😂).

Part four of my epic once-in-a-lifetime trip for my 50th birthday — we’ve made it to Amelia Island, Florida! 🌴☀️

We’re staying with family, and what better way to finish our two-week adventure than a few days of beach, nature and a little R&R? Sun, sea, sand, cocktails and family — just perfect.

The wildlife here has been incredible. Tortoises, rabbits, birds and snakes all live in the sand dunes opposite the house, and I’ve already spotted five wild tortoises! They’re called gopher tortoises. I’ve also loved watching the pelicans diving into the sea. It’s such a contrast to New York!

Thank you to everyone who’s followed our journey over the past two weeks. It’s been absolutely extraordinary, and I’ve loved every minute. Iceland was epic, Canada was the prettiest place I’ve ever seen, and New York was the wettest I’ve ever been — but still amazing, especially seeing Harry Styles in concert. Now we’re finishing our adventure in beautiful Amelia Island.

And a huge thank you to everyone who contributed to my birthday trip. This year, I didn’t want presents, flowers, Prosecco or ch*****ne — all I wanted was for people to donate towards this adventure. Thanks to you, I’ve been able to enjoy some unforgettable experiences, and I’ve loved every single minute. ❤️

Canada- Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake — what a couple of days!

Part 2 of my once in a lifetime holiday celebrating my 50th birthday.

We walked along to see the falls both the American and Canadian sides, and the views were incredible. Then we got on a boat maid of the Mist and went right up towards the falls — and got absolutely soaked! 😂 It was such an amazing experience.

We also walked through the old power station tunnel, which was fascinating.

Then we visited my absolute favourite place: Niagara-on-the-Lake. Such a pretty, quaint town, with beautiful old buildings, lovely little independent shops and the biggest hanging baskets I’ve ever seen! 🌸

We were so lucky with the weather too — blue skies, lush green everywhere and everything looking beautiful. The contrast between the dramatic falls and the peaceful charm of Niagara-on-the-Lake was just perfect.

I’d highly recommend visiting both if you get the chance! 💚✨

Now we’ve jumped on a train to our next destination where are we off to next??
