I realised recently that some of my clients may not even know that I’ve been a qualified reflexologist for over 20 years! 😲

Reflexology is something I’ve always loved, but because I’m often busy talking about nails, brows and beauty treatments, it can sometimes get forgotten about.

So, what exactly is reflexology?

It’s a relaxing complementary treatment where pressure is applied to specific areas of the feet, with the aim of encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.

There’s something about this time of year that makes me want to put away the bright summer shades and reach for those gorgeous rich, cosy autumn colours. 🤎

My current autumn palette is looking very much like this…

✨ 4 WEEKS OLD… AND STILL GOING STRONG! ✨

Just look at these beauties! 😍

This is why I love a good chrome finish. What started as a fresh, glossy set of nails has now had 4 weeks of wear — and there’s still no chips, no lifting, no wear and tear… just growth! 👏🏼

The chrome effect is a nail art technique that gives that gorgeous, almost magical shift of colour over the base. Depending on the light, you get those beautiful flashes of pink, blue and lilac. 💖💜💙

And I think this photo really shows that great nails aren’t just about how they look on day one… it’s about how they hold up weeks later too!

Of course, everyone’s nails and lifestyle are different, and longevity will vary, but with the right prep, quality products and the right aftercare, you can get some seriously good wear. 💅🏼
