Our second course is the perfect follow on to baby massage, or introduction to baby classes if your little one wants a bit more stimulation! A mix of gentle stretches, movements and massage - plus a short tummy time workshop every week and a few surprises along the way.
Spend 75 mins bonding with your baby, helping their development and chatting with your new mum friends over a cuppa.

Our next term starts 8th September!

Each session starts with a welcome circle - a way to break the ice and get to know the rest of the group. Then we'll gradually build up the amount of massage we do each week so we're not overwhelming baby. I'll explain all the benefits as we go along - and repeat anything you need so please don't worry about baby crying, sleeping or feeding through any of it! Then we'll finish with a hot drink and biscuit - often with the babies asleep after their relaxing massage 😴😴

Plus you'll get a mini mama self care gift, a bottle of massage oil to take with you and at the end of the course I'll send a pdf of all the massage strokes so you can keep practising at home ❤️
