It's normal to be nervous, especially at such a vulnerable time of your life, when everything is new and you're still trying to figure it all out. But no-one gets it more than the other people in your group - you're all at the same stage, all facing the same struggles and wins.

With small groups, a beautiful, calm studio and plenty of time for chat, this is the perfect way to meet new mum friends.
