A Little Taste Of Heaven - Retreat day
To honour the seasonal changes, of all living and loving beings around both the equinox & solstice, for each season throughout 2020 Tanya and myself are bringing you a slightly tweaked version of our workshop from last year.
This year the four workshops are separately themed, we will fully immerse ourselves into each current season & relevant elements in line with the Taoism philosophy & Chinese Medicine, we have tried to get the Sunday as close to the solstice/equinox as possible for each current workshop, to help best prepare you for the season ahead and only taking with you what you truly need. There will be some sound healing this time around with Tanya's soothing chimes and some beautiful essential oils to aid the balance and transition.
As always there will be beautiful nutritious food to complement the season

Good news, I am up and running with the plumbing all sorted. First client Wendy Sawyers successfully washed without flooding The Yoga Cafe down stairs. Used Mop Top shampoo bar for Wendy today, I am loving the results from Primal Suds. Remember to book longer next time Wendy so you can try my bananna and coconut treatment.
