Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our salon and the team behind it. Every appointment slot is reserved especially for you, and when appointments are cancelled at short notice or not attended at all, it often leaves us with time that cannot be filled by another client.

Our stylists and beauty therapists carefully plan their schedules and rely on these appointments as part of their income. Last-minute changes don’t just affect the diary—they affect the livelihoods of our team and the smooth running of our small business.

While we completely understand that emergencies can happen, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

As a reminder, our cancellation policy states that any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or any no-show appointment, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. This policy helps protect our team’s time and allows us to continue providing the highest level of service to all our clients.
