🤎 A little reintroduction…

Hey, I’m Lisa, the owner of Monroe Hair!

Seventeen years ago I started doing hair from my little kitchen at home with a dream of one day owning my own salon. Fast forward to today, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve built.

It’s definitely not always been easy! We’ve survived COVID, a flood that completely destroyed our salon, two relocations, and plenty of challenges in between… but every time we’ve come back stronger and more determined than ever.

I’ve done all this whilst raising my daughter lacy Like so many mums, I’ve had the mum guilt of relying on family while chasing my dream, but everything I’ve worked so hard for has always been for her.

I genuinely can’t imagine doing anything else. Hairdressing isn’t just my job, it’s my passion. I absolutely love coming to work every day, and I feel so lucky to have the most amazing team beside me. They’re talented, loyal, hardworking and honestly the best group of girls I could ask for and I genuinely love the bones of them!

This year is a huge one for Monroe, and we’ve got some really exciting things coming! We’d also love to welcome a few new self-employed stylists to the team, so if you’ve been thinking about a fresh start, I’d love to chat pop me a message!

WOW… what a first two weeks we’ve had in SOUTHWICK! 🤎

As we head into our third week in our beautiful new home, we just wanted to say the biggest THANK YOU to every single person who has supported us.

Being back in Southwick honestly feels like we’ve come home. The warm welcome we’ve received has been incredible, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We absolutely love having our shop front again too! Seeing everyone walk past each morning, the children waving on their way to school, all the gorgeous doggies stopping by… it’s the little moments that have made this move feel so special.

It’s safe to say… we made the right decision. 🤎
