So since I have had a few new followers and you probably think, what is this woman on, she just creates daft reels with the odd skincare content. I thought I would give you a little intro about me.. Hannah Rose, this small business owner.

I started my own skincare journey back in 2017 when I developed cystic acne literally out of nowhere! I was 2 years into working as a newly qualified midwife and my skin just plummeted.

I was desperate and spent half my NHS wages on skin treatments at large corporate skin clinics. But paying £400-700 per treatment became way out of my budget and meant I ate one too many portions of beans on toast (Although I really do like beans on toast 🍞!!!).

The sciency wired brain inside my got me doing my own research, reading current research, data and reports to understand why my skin had ended up so bad and my passion for all things skin started then. I ended up booking myself on many courses (some fantastic and some absolutely rubbish!!). But it just fulfilled my passion to take it further. Plus it also meant I could do my own chemical peels for a fraction of the price (Kerching 💰)

My friends and family started to benefit from my knowledge and equipment and somehow it developed into a business through default! But a relocation to Lincolnshire and a Pandemic later, I finally opened my permanent cabin in 2021 and really have not looked back!

I still hold my Midwifery Pin and remain as a lecturer at Norwich Uni as well as run my business (Because I have not lost the love for midwifery just yet.. but the NHS is not quite what it used to be 😔).

Facial extraction involves the process of clearing a clogged pore. Clogged pores—clogged with excess sebum and dead skin cells—result in blackheads, pustules, and /or pimples, all of which can be removed through facial extraction

Mechanical extraction involves using a special metal tool called a pore extractor. A pore extractor is a stainless steel implement with a loop on either end. The loop is placed around the clogged pore and the tool is pressed against the skin, thus placing pressure around the pore and encouraging the extraction of anything that may be in the pore.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a procedure that involves creating small micro-injuries on the skin with the help of my snazzy Raffine needling pen with interchangeable tiny needles. These tiny needles puncture the top layer (epidermis) of the skin, creating small channels or micro-channels, which stimulate the skin's natural healing process.

Exited to say as a Stockist I have joined the Environ Recycle scheme. Not only does this help out our planet, it can also save you some DOSH! 💰

It is super simple! You can drop off bottles at any point to my front porch where the drop of bin will be placed. On the Bin will be a simple clip board, fill in your details and what bottles you are dropping off. I will review this weekly and add points onto your online profile connected to my website!

100 points will be given per bottle recycles.
