A little reminder about my cancellation policy 🤍

Just a little reminder that my cancellation policy has always been in place no matter which premises I am working from, and unfortunately last-minute cancellations can have a big impact on my business, especially when I have been unable to fill the appointment.

I completely understand that sometimes genuine emergencies or unexpected things happen — my loyal clients know that I’m always reasonable and will use my discretion when there is a genuine reason for cancelling.

However, for cancellations made on the day or within the notice period, the usual cancellation fee will apply.

I really appreciate everyone giving as much notice as possible if you can’t make your appointment. It allows me the opportunity to offer the space to somebody else. 🤍
