Scrub A Dub Cleaning Club is looking for a reliable cleaner to join our growing team.

You'll clean a mixture of domestic homes, offices, salons and commercial properties across the Spalding and Market Deeping area.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
✨ Starting at approximately 16–18 hours per week, with additional hours available for the right person
💷 From £13.00 per hour
🚗 Mileage paid between jobs
👕 Uniform provided
🤝 Full training, structured systems and ongoing support

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
🕡 Early morning starts from 6:30am
🕑 Usually finished between 12pm–2pm
📅 Monday to Friday

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼:
✅ Has their own vehicle
✅ Lives locally to Spalding or Market Deeping
✅ Is reliable and punctual
✅ Takes pride in their work
✅ Has a great eye for detail
✅ Can work independently and follow systems

Cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who wants stable, long-term work.

Successful applicants will be invited to a short interview followed by a 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁.

𝗧𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Our regular cleans are all about maintaining a clean, comfortable home.

A professional maintenance clean can take us between 𝟮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟱 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀, but here are three simple habits that make a big difference:

✨ 𝟭. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺. Dust first, then vacuum, then mop. You’ll avoid cleaning the same area twice.

🧽 𝟮. 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻. Wipe kitchen worktops, sinks, and bathroom surfaces daily. It stops grime and limescale from building up.

🗑️ 𝟯. 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀. Light switches, skirting boards, and behind small appliances are easy to miss but make a huge difference to how clean your home feels.

Cleaning doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s about staying on top of it, one small job at a time. 💪
