❤️I love the deeply restorative benefits of a Hot Stone Massage, especially this time of year.

To prepare for this treatment the couch is warmed with a heated blanket and the cabin is cozy.

I hold the basalt stone in my hands and massage across and around the muscles paying particular attention to areas of tension. The warmth from the stone penetrates deeply into the tissue and muscle without the pain of deep pressure.
