Hi, I'm Emma👋-and I thought it
was time to properly reintroduce myself, as I’m the one behind sports massage treatments at Penny’s.

l've had a love for sport from a very young age. It's always been a huge part of my life, and naturally, that passion grew into an interest in how athletes look after their bodies - from treatment and recovery to maintaining performance.

Over time, I've developed my skills, knowledge and understanding of the body, and it's taught me something I truly believe in:
Recovery isn't just for athletes🤍

Whether you train regularly, play sport competitively, spend your days on your feet or sat at the desk, or simply want to feel better in your body, everyone can benefit from the right recovery and care.

My goal is to help you understand your body, support your recovery and feel your best - whatever your lifestyle looks like.

From Thursday 11th June, Kayleigh our Aesthetics lady will be increasing her hours in the salon & will now be working every other Thursday 9am -2pm. Offering the following services:
