What We Will Offer You:

Duties will include the following:
• Meet and greet clients at reception and offering refreshments.
• Register Clients.
• Taking payments
• Handle enquiries, book appointments in person and on the phone
• Assist clients with product recommendations and upsell salon services
• Cleaning and restocking, this is a big part of the job as our salon has to be at the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support our therapists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
• Assisting with day-to-day admin
• Assist with inventory management and restocking salon supplies

Essential Skills and Experience:
• An interest in Beauty
• Friendly, bubbly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be strongly computer literate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task while prioritising.
• Able to work on own initiative and work well within a team
• Be self-motivated and have a drive to succeed
• Passionate about offering excellent customer service experience.

✨ Meet Holly ✨

Holly has been part of The Beauty Room team now for just over 2 years, it’s safe to say Holly always brings the energy… if she’s not doing a silly dance or cracking a joke, we wonder what’s up.

Holly’s journey so far …

Holly joined us as an apprentice beauty therapist in 2019 after completing a year learning about animal welfare.

Since joining us she has also trained in gel nail extensions and is soon to be learning acrylic nails and lash lifts!

In February this year Holly finished her apprentiship and got promoted to Beauty Therapist and Nail Tech!

A few facts about Holly…

Her favourite food is pasta or Indian!

Her favourite thing to do outside of salon life is watching panthers at Peterborough speedway or banger racing.

Q. What’s your favourite treatment to do?
A. My favourite treatment is doing nails and pedicures, this is because I love to make my clients happy and I also love the difference challenges they make me create as I love being creative.

A. My favourite thing about working at the beauty room is knowing everyday we will all have a laugh and that I love the smiles that I make on clients faces.
