Reality of today… 😔A little reminder from your local hairdresser ❤️

When a client doesn’t turn up for their appointment, that time can’t usually be filled at short notice. Unlike larger businesses, I don’t receive a wage if my chair is empty.

I work around family commitments, so every appointment and every hour in my diary really does count.

Imagine arriving at work and being told part of your wages had been taken away for the day. That’s the reality of a no-show for many self-employed people.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. All I ask is that, where possible, you give me as much notice as you can.
