Our client has been on a facial slimming journey, we have treated her Masseter muscle to reduce the bulk of her lower face and stop her grinding her teeth causing migraines and pain. Being careful on placement was important to ensure we didn’t refill the pockets causing them to look like prominent bumps again. This meant we achieved a subtle Russian result over that maximum lift, crisp boarder definition a standard Russian lip achieves. One syringe split between either side of my clients mouth to chin lines to soften the downturned mouth appearance resulting in a much more youthful lower face. Dependant on area depth the Marrionettes can benefit from 2 syringes spread 4 weeks apart once the area and tissue has healed ✨

Results improve over a 14 day period whilst the filler softens, swelling subsides and tissue hydrates 🤍
