BriteStyles Reminder & Cancellation Policy!

We do our best to send appointment reminders, however these are only sent when time allows us to.
As we are mostly fully booked reminders cannot be something we guarantee.

Please note that reminders are not confirmation of appointments, so we kindly ask that you also save your appointment in your own diary or phone calendar.

We genuinely don’t like charging cancellation or no-show fees, however this policy is in place as we are turning away many clients daily and missed appointments greatly affect our small business.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge, only if we are unable to refill the appointment. With enough notice, we can usually fill the spot and no charge will apply.
