Hypnotherapy, NLP, and general confidence talks during the week. Today it's all about aromatherapy massages. 🙂

All female clients today. Aromatherapy massages, reiki and crystals combined treatments are usually experienced with these regular clients. 😍

Aromatherapy massages today, with regular clients treating symptoms of stress, tension and pain & discomfort caused by arthritis. 🙂

Today was talking and hypnotherapy sessions.
Back to massaging tomorrow 🙂

It's all male clients today, working on backs, necks and shoulders.
Hoping the treatment room cools when the sun moves, as it is currently 31.5° in there 🥵😎

It's all about the ladies today.
Aromatherapy massages booked. No known specifics to work on, so may well be just day-to-day living of working women stress, tension and just for spme time out. 😍

Time for my massage today. 🙂
I always take real time out for my treatments. Breakfast out before, or lunch out after, each treatment.
Then make time for a stroll, or even better, have the whole day off 😀

What's going on?
Where did the warm weather and sunshine go?
I've had to put the heating back on, to ensure the treatment room is cosy for the clients today.
All men booked in today. They ususlly have sessions to sort their backs, necks and shoulders 🙂
