Working on a new project

My latest addition to my pond is a birthday gift I received today.
It's absolutely magical
I'm sitting enjoying the warm evening listening to the trickle of water and bird song

Feeling truly blessed for my birthday today
Had a beautiful few days away in Glastonbury and Clevedon
Then a day celebrating with family today

Just over a month later -
I've finally finished the pond - spent a lovely afternoon in dirt.......
Little frog 🐸 seems to have settled in well too.

What a productive day!!!
Dug a whole pond in just an afternoon
Going to be a lovely season getting it settled and planting around it.

Today was all about wild garlic
Foraged locally and made into amazingly scented kimchi
It was great to be out in the sun collecting these succulent plants to make gut healthy food

I'm so chuffed I got to pop into yesterday and grabbed myself a copy of this book
You will find me this evening with a warm drink devouring this fantastic little addition to my ever growing library

A great time had on Sundays introduction to stained glass workshop
We had peace signs, peas, cats and dogs
