We wanted to let you know that, from today, a 50% booking deposit will be required for all future appointments. This goes for online bookings also. The remaining 50% will be payable on the day of your treatment.

This is something we have tried very hard to avoid introducing for as long as possible. However, due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and appointments being missed without notice, we have unfortunately had to put this policy in place to protect our small business.

As a small business, our appointments are our income. When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or a client doesn’t attend, we are often left with an empty appointment slot that could have been offered to another client. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover that lost time or income.

The deposit system will help us to manage our appointments fairly, reduce missed appointments and ensure that our time is respected, while also giving us the opportunity to offer cancelled spaces to other clients where possible.

We completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans can change, which is why our full booking terms and cancellation policy will apply to all appointments. Please make sure you read these before booking.
