I love it when a work place has a private health care scheme, it means more people try new things and discover things they didn't realise they needed!

When you’re the acupuncturist and treating everyone’s issues, it’s easy to neglect your own.
My knee has been bothering me again for the last 2 weeks but I haven’t found the time to treat myself.
It’s particularly bothering me tonight so I’ve made a reminder for myself to get in a quick treatment tomorrow!

It was really nice to go into a local school today for their year 5 careers day.
I got to talk about acupuncture, what it is, what it helps with and talk about the different treatments available.
The children were impressed to find out that it can be done on children and needles don’t even have to be used!
The biggest question from the children; “how much money can you make”

When you’re the only acupuncturist in clinic but you know what your body needs.
A bit of gua sha to release the tension in my muscles between patients gave me more range of movement and reduced the pain. It’s a shame I can’t put needles in my neck!
It’s so hard to go from one beautiful view to rain
We’ve had the best time in Norway and I’m back in clinic to help with your aches, pains and complaints (not about weather though, I have my own complaints there)
