Ways to keep your skin hydrated in summer ☀️

While many of us enjoy summer for the hot days and warm nights, our skin definitely takes a hit during these months, and can lose plenty of moisture in the process 💦

Cleanse your face at least once a day and use an exfoliating scrub a couple of times a week, to get rid of dirt and pollution from within the pores, which can sometimes feel particularly excessive in the hot weather 🌴

Your body loses a lot of moisture during summer. Apply a hydrating moisturiser whenever your skin feels dry, and especially immediately after showering, when the skin is still porous and will be able to better absorb the product 🐚

By having boiling hot baths/showers, your skin is susceptible to dryness. Lowering the temperature slightly to warm water instead, will allow your skin to remain hydrated 😶‍🌫️

Drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses a day), especially on hot summer days, to not only quench your thirst but to help your skin stay hydrated too 💧
