Welcome to the Kula Flow Yoga Family Leah 💕

We are so lucky to have Leah covering the Thursday evening class, a beautiful soul and amazing teacher. I thought It would be nice to share a little bit about her background.

Yoga has been such a big part of my personal healing journey. What began as a way to cope with my own suffering has grown into a lifelong practice that supports me, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With many years of practice behind me, I decided to fly to India to finally do my YTT.
I’ve come to deeply respect yoga not just as movement, but for its way of life and inner peace.
Teaching yoga is something I truly love. I have always felt so spiritual and I have always loved to help people.
It’s a privilege to hold space for others with a genuine love for what I do. While I bring a sense of calm to my classes, I also believe yoga doesn’t have to be too serious...there’s always room for joy, laughter and playfulness.
I can’t wait to meet you all 🌸🤍
