✨ New classes have been added to the timetable! ✨
Bookings are now open, with classes starting this week! Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, there’s something for everyone.
🌿 Morning Movement
Start your day with a Vinyasa Flow suitable for all abilities. And if you fancy staying afterwards for a herbal tea and a chat, you’re always welcome.
🌸 Beginners Flow – Tuesday Evening
Always wanted to try yoga but felt nervous about joining a mixed-level class? This is the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the foundational yoga postures and move through a gentle sequence in a supportive, welcoming space with no judgment or expectations.
☀️ Thursday Afternoon Flow – Midday
A mixed-ability flow designed for anyone who prefers to move during the day. If evenings don’t fit your schedule, this class is for you.
💪 Peak Pose Club – Thursday Evening
Ready to explore those postures you’ve heard teachers say, “If it’s in your practice...”? Each month we’ll work towards a new peak pose, breaking it down into accessible steps. There’s no expectation to achieve the final posture—this class is all about building strength, confidence and understanding as you explore poses like arm balances and other advanced shapes.

Kula Flow Yoga is still in Copley Mill just on the other side of the building.
Enter on Huddersfield road next to St Paul’s Church and we are at the rear of the Mill
Keep your eyes peeled for our signs and the large chimney and you know you are at the correct place.
Parking is available at the rear of the mill also.

✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨
After 20 years as a secondary school teacher, today marks the end of an incredible chapter in my career.
It’s been an emotional journey and one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever had to make. Teaching has given me so much, and I’ll always be grateful for the memories, the people, and everything I’ve learned along the way.
But now it’s time to fully follow my heart.
Kula Flow Yoga is now my main focus, and I’m excited to dedicate all of my energy to creating a space where people can find balance, connection, and joy—the same gifts that yoga has brought into my own life.
Taking this leap into the unknown is definitely scary, but I truly believe it’s also the start of my most exciting chapter yet.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or are just discovering Kula Flow Yoga, I’d love for you to join me on this journey and become part of our growing community.
