Yugen Cabin

🍂 𝑪𝒐𝒔𝒚 𝒔𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈...

There’s something really beautiful about this time of year. 🤎

I deeply appreciate all four seasons for all that they bring, but as a therapist, I find these coming months deeply restorative.

Autumn reminds us that change is natural. The trees let go of what they no longer need, the days become quieter and we’re gently encouraged to slow down and turn inward.

A beautiful reminder that rest is part of the process too. Not everything needs to be rushed. Sometimes we just need to pause, soften and let ourselves be cared for.

The cosy blankets, warm towels and hot stones bring an added sense of warmth and comfort as the seasons change, creating a space to slow down, release tension and simply be.

If I haven’t seen you in a while, this is an invitation to come back to yourself.

And if our paths haven’t crossed yet, you are very welcome at Yugen Cabin. A quiet space to fully relax, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself. 🍂

All my love,
Becky 🤎🍂

taking 3 months off social media to slow down, enjoy my work, enjoy my life and just be present for a little while. 🤎✨

And what better way to celebrate than being in Ibiza, after my beautiful daughter, Jasmine, surprised me with the most incredible birthday trip! 🥳 She definitely keeps me young 😂

Apparently I’ve now officially been welcomed into the 40s club… although I don’t remember ever being part of a 30s club?! 😂 Please list all membership perks below 👇

Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes, cards, gifts, messages and love 🥰 I’m feeling so incredibly grateful 🙏

And to all my wonderful clients… thank you for supporting Yugen Cabin over the last 4 years. Your loyalty, trust and support mean more to me than you know. I truly love what I do, and I wouldn’t be here without you all 🤍

Celebrating this milestone with a full heart, sunshine, gratitude, and I'm so excited for the next chapter 🥂

𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈… 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈?

Your body has been whispering, but lately it's been speaking louder...

Tight shoulders, an aching back, restless sleep, tension headaches, and that constant feeling of fatigue - these aren’t random. That’s your body asking for care, for pause, for release, and to be heard.

Massage isn’t a luxury. It’s essential maintenance. A chance to reset, realign, and reconnect with what true relaxation feels like.

It's time to slow down. To breathe deeper. To let go of the tension you’ve been carrying for far too long and start listening to your body again.

You will feel the difference almost immediately ✨

I offer a variety of massage treatments, each tailored to your individual needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

There’s something truly profound about Reiki ✨

So many of my clients come to me not because someone told them to, but because they felt a deep, inner calling for healing. A quiet nudge that something needed to shift, release, or realign.

Reiki isn’t just about relaxation. It’s about reconnecting. It’s about allowing your energy to flow freely again, letting go of what no longer serves you, and creating space for balance, clarity, and peace.

Every session is different, every journey is personal... but that initial calling? That’s where the transformation begins 🤍

If you’ve been feeling that pull… trust it.
