Sometimes going darker isn’t a step backwards – it’s a step towards healthier, stronger hair. 🤎

Years of bleaching, colouring, heat styling and over-processing can take a huge toll on the hair. Constant use of straighteners, curling wands and high heat, combined with chemical services, can leave hair dry, brittle, prone to breakage and struggling to grow.

Many people focus on the colour they want without realising that the condition of the hair underneath is just as important. When hair becomes over-processed, it can lose its shine, strength and thickness, making it harder to achieve the healthy look you’re aiming for.

For this transformation, we chose to go darker and more natural to give the hair a chance to recover, retain moisture and rebuild strength. But because she still loves being blonde, we added 40 tape extensions to maintain that brightness and lightness through the hair without putting additional stress on her natural hair. ✨

The result? Healthier-looking hair, more fullness, added length, and the perfect balance between embracing a natural brunette base while still keeping those beautiful blonde tones she loves. 🤎✨

I’ve had the privilege of doing Connie’s hair for over 10 years, and on Saturday I got to be part of one of the most special mornings of her life. Watching someone you’ve known for so long become a beautiful bride is such an honour.
