Unfortunately i have to put up a cancellation policy.......

24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment, (unless it is extreme circumstances) this enables me to fill your slot. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice 50% of hair dressing costs will need to be paid within 24 hours of cancellation (If I can fill your slot I will waiver the charge but will confirm by the end of that working day) this allows you to book future hair appointments. failure to pay your cancellation fee will therefore result in you paying a £10 non refundable deposit on the day of booking each time or unfortunately i can not continue to book appointments.

Late arrivals or no shows...
If you think you may be late for Your appointment, please call or text me to let me know, if I am unable to contact you or you are not at home the appointment will then become cancelled and You will be charged the full amount of the hair appointment booked.

I will be doing paper copies for all my clients to sign this will be a contract and be part of my insurance terms and conditions.
