Join Christina this Saturday for Reformer Pilates at Yourcore.

8:45am — Elevate Reformer
Our intermediate–advanced class. Expect a stronger flow, more challenging progressions and a class designed to build strength, control and confidence on the Reformer.

10am — Align Reformer
Beginner–early intermediate. Ideal if you’re newer to Reformer, returning after a break or want to focus on technique, control and the foundations.

A little more space to move.

Stretch & Mobility Reformer with Christina is joining the timetable this September.

A slower-paced class focused on mobility, flexibility and releasing tension. Using the reformer for support, you’ll move through controlled stretches designed to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and help your body move more freely.

Perfect alongside your regular Pilates or training, if you’re feeling tight or restricted, or rebuilding mobility and confidence following an injury.
