Back from holiday and straight into autumn 🎃🍂

One year of Refined… wow. What a year! 🤎

I am currently writing this post on my flight home from Hawaii 🌺🤭🌊🪸🐠

While I clearly have the time, I thought I’d share a little insight into the story behind Refined.

As many of my long-standing clients will know, having watched this journey unfold with me, going self-employed and opening a salon wasn’t just a business move or a career step for me.

Two years ago, I hit an absolute breaking point and thought, what do I actually have to lose?

I took a massive risk, with the encouragement of my clients . I quit my job and poured my heart and soul into what you all now know as Refined. 🤎

I haven’t just gained control of my diary… I’ve gained control of my life.

I’m still learning, because deep down I’m not a business girl! My purpose is just to make people feel and look their best 💗But it’s working, and people are booking, and I still can’t quite believe it.🥺

Only one year on and even Megan last year would be BLOWN AWAY at what I have achieved in just a year and how much it has healed me ❤️‍🩹 Never mind giving me the confidence to fly the other side of the world on my own 🥺🌎✈️

So, long story short, I want to say a huge thank you to all of my clients.

To the clients who have followed me on this journey, some of you for nearly 10 years, back when I could only do soak-offs while I was training. 🥺🤎

And to all my new clients I have made over the last year 🤎I am incredibly lucky to have such a supportive, caring and loving community of women around me at Refined. The relationships I have built in just one year are ones I know I will hold onto forever. 🫶🏼

Even if you’ve only come to my salon for a one-off treatment, bought a voucher, shared my page or simply supported me from the sidelines, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU 🫶🏼.

Refined has been so much more than opening a salon for me. It has been part of my healing journey and has helped get me on the road to becoming the happiest, most grateful girl in the world.
This year has only fuelled me for more to come 🤭❤️‍🔥
