I’m often asked what is reiki and what happens?
Everyones experience is different depending on what you need at this particular time of your life. So it’s hard to describe and I obviously can’t share other peoples experience that they have had during a treatment.
However if clients would like to share their own experience by commenting that would be really helpful to someone who is perhaps considering Reiki but is apprehensive about what it is like.

The spiritual healing art of Reiki works by channeling positive energy into your body. I do this by placing hands on or over the affected areas of the body that need a boost!
I use my guides and intuition to go to the areas that need it most.
Your body then takes in the energy where it is most needed.
Reiki is alleged to aid relaxation, assist in the body's natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is also said to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing.

I am currently completing courses and ordering PPE that has now become essential.
I am also going to be clearing my therapy room of crystals & candles ect, i will also not be displaying any Neals yards products, this is due to infection control and the need to deep clean after each client.
I will of course still make my Therapy room your space to relax in and try my hardest to still deliver the best therapy’s I can under these conditions.
New client consultation forms will be updated to include Covid guidelines.
I am awaiting Government confirmation and then I will need to check with my insurance for a date when I can open back up.

I cancelled all appointments last week but iv been so busy I forgot to update my page!

I will not be doing any treatments for the foreseeable future.
