I’m going to mention the C word…….

As you all know the run up to Christmas is always hectic so I’m putting this out there early enough for you all to get organised. The last day for any Botox for Christmas will be Monday 7th December and this is to ensure that you all get your review before I close for the festive period. I won’t be opening back up until 7th January after my last clinic on the 21st December so there will be strictly no Botox appointments after the 7th or if there is no review will be offered over my Christmas closure.

If you’re not sure when your Botox is due then please drop me a message and I will have a look for you. Please get booked in asap to avoid any disappointment as this is my busier time.

✨ IF I WANTED MY SKIN TO LOOK AMAZING 10 YEARS FROM NOW… THIS IS WHAT I’D DO.

I wouldn’t wait until I could see the signs of ageing before I started looking after my skin.

I’d start now. 🤎

1. SPF every single day ☀️
Not just on holiday. UV exposure is one of the biggest contributors to premature skin ageing, so SPF 30–50 would be non-negotiable.

2. Invest in my skin, not just my makeup ✨
I’d focus on treatments that support skin health, hydration, collagen and overall quality rather than constantly chasing a quick fix.

3. Be consistent.
One treatment once a year isn’t going to transform your skin. I’d create a realistic treatment plan and stick to it.

4. Have regular skin consultations. 🔍
Your skin changes. What worked for you five years ago might not be what your skin needs today. I’d regularly reassess and adapt my skincare and treatments accordingly.

5. Protect my skin barrier. 🤍
I wouldn’t constantly over-exfoliate or use every trending product. Healthy skin comes first.

6. Start before I think I need it.
Preventative and regenerative skin treatments are about maintaining and supporting your skin over time, rather than waiting until concerns become more established.

And most importantly…

I’d stop looking for overnight results.

Beautiful skin is a long-term investment, not a quick fix.
