This is makeup on lash extensions.
- It adds weight to the natural lash, in addition to the extension's weight. This can cause premature shedding.
- The ingredients in the makeup can break down the adhesive bond between the extension and lash.
- If you have volume lashes, the fans will close and your set won't look as fluffy.
- Dead skin cells can stick to the makeup residue. We all have something called "lash mites" that feed on dead skin, but too much food for them means too many of them, which can lead to eye conditions (with or without extensions).
