We have enjoyed a wonderful few years working from Fit solutions Training in Wymondley. However the gym is moving to a larger space next door, this is great news and I am really happy for their business to move to the next stage. Unfortunately they do not have a separate space for massage. We do have a lovely new (old) home though.
We will be returning to the Stevenage Chiropractic clinic on the 26 Sept.

The Stevenage Chiropractic clinic in the old town is easy accessible, plenty of free parking and has a great team of people. For those of you who have been visiting HSM for a long time will remember this was our home for a number of years previously.
Last few appointments available this week before I rest my hands and take a week off.
Back in February Ed came to see me, a lovely young man with big dream, and chronic injury.
He turned down the opportunity to study in loughborough, and took part-time job in a shop, believing his best chance to make it as an athlete was to dedicate all of his time to his sport: 400 m hurdles, and stick with his local coach. However, his dreams were being scuppered as prolific injury was preventing him to train consistently. Ed’s coach suggested he get regular sports massage, and he has been coming to see me every other week since, and he has remained injury free. Ed’s hard work dedication and careful planning from his Coach has resulted in Olympic time trials invitation. I could not be more pleased for him.
We may not all be dreaming of a GB vest, but we all benefit from sports massage.
