Dyeverse Dollys is a sensory-aware, equitable salon where every guest is seen, supported, and celebrated. In the case of a guest missing their appointment.
Our services are crafted with intention - blending technical excellence, emotional intelligence, and a deep respect for individuality. Booking & Cancellation Policies
All colour services require a 48hr allergy alert test prior to service being provided & within the last 24 weeks. A signed document must be present on record as proof of this testing. A small booking fee is required for any service over £40 to secure an appointment. This is non-refundable & is a pre-paid proportion of the total service cost. If a guest shows up late to their appointment (without letting us know), we cant guarantee we'll be able to give the guest the complete allotted time. Guests arriving more than 15minutes late will be imposed with a £6 fee & guests arriving more than 30mins late may forfeit their original appointment & be rescheduled
If a guest needs to cancel or re-schedule, we simply ask that we are notified 48hrs prior. If the booking is made on the same day at least 3hrs prior. Cancellations that break these rules their booking fee will be withheld and will not be transferred to their next appointment. The booking fee will be withheld, and the guest will be imposed with a fee worth 15% of the missed service. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from our salon
Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. In this case the non-refundable booking fee will be withheld.

We know. It's October. There are pumpkins everywhere. Nobody needs Mariah Carey just yet (or ever)!
BUT… your hair appointment calendar doesn't care. 😂
If you have your hair done every:
✂️ 6 Weeks — Christmas is only TWO appointments away.
🎨 8 weeks — your NEXT appointment could take you into December.
✨ 10–12 weeks — you're basically looking at your Christmas appointment NOW.
And our rotas are now done right through until Christmas. 🎄
So when you're in the chair this month, don't just think about today's hair. Ask your stylist when you'll need to come back and why — and if that lands anywhere near Christmas, get it secured.
Because December Hayley can't create extra Saturdays, no matter how nicely you ask. 😂
