Yesterday I attended a beautiful in-person Neal’s Yard Remedies event in Leamington Spa, and it was exactly what I needed. After a very intense couple of weeks on a personal level, it felt like the perfect reset.

Being surrounded by a community of like-minded (mostly wonderful women!) was such a tonic for the soul. There’s something so powerful about gathering with people who share a passion for wellbeing, nature, and a more mindful way of living.

I’ll be sharing an exciting new launch with you very soon 👀 but for now, I wanted to revisit three incredible products that I truly see as nature’s pharmacy for every household.

These little jars of wonder are so versatile and can support a wide range of everyday concerns — naturally. Instead of immediately reaching for paracetamol or ibuprofen, it’s always worth asking: is there a gentler, plant-based alternative I can try first?

1. ARNICA SALVE pre- and post-exercise, this beautiful blend of soothing organic arnica, skin-nourishing oils, and protective beeswax melts effortlessly into the skin, helping to ease aching muscles.
