Hadn’t seen Caleb since before December so we had a good 4 month of growth to get through 🙈 but we got there with a burst/ mullet restyle 👏

Wee reminder, tomorrow is my last day in the shop until Saturday 17th. I had availability for tomorrow if anyone need or wants in before I’m off. Saturday 18th had limited availability left.

Hey folks! I’ve been stressed out my box for the past couple of weeks I’ve forgotten to post more about the Kiltwalk which has left my just giving pot a lot less than last years and what I had hoped. (Please feel sorry for me)

I have less than 4 weeks to try and raise a wee bit more cash for Simon Community Scotland. These guys do amazing work supporting local individuals experiencing homelessness around Glasgow and surrounding areas. Providing information, advice, care, support, accommodation and homes.

I would really appreciate If any of my friends or family would be able to share this or donate any amount to help me raise a little bit more.

As part of our Level 6 qualification we have to complete an Avant-garde look (complete creative look, hair, make up, full outfit). I went for Queen of hearts with a slightly bloody twist.

A wee different post from barbering.

I’ve signed up for this years Kiltwalk, mighty stride again. On Sunday 26th April.

Last year with everyone’s support I raised a smashing £535 for SAMH. This year I’m usining this opportunity to try and raise a few quid for Simon Community Scotland, a charity dedicated to supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness across Scotland. They provide safe places to stay, practical support, advice, and care — meeting people with compassion and dignity and helping them take steps toward a safer, more secure future.

Hello Troops, Happy New Year!

Time to reintroduce myself to anyone new or passers by.

I’m Craig, I have now been trying to carve out a career in barbering since August 2024, qualifying SCQF Level 5 in May 2025 and currently halfway through SCQF Level 6, for advance skills and knowledge.

I am currently based in O’hair Salon in New Street, Stevenson. I can usually be found in here on Wednesday’s for walk ins and appointments also, Friday and Saturdays for appointments only. I can also go home visits but these are for exceptional circumstances for people who are maybe housebound etc.

As always, I am always looking for new clients, if you have been to me before for a haircut, please recommend me to friends and family or if you feel like trying a new barber, come down and give it a try.

Trying to carve out a new, self employed career is always difficult so any shares, recommendations and reviews are always appreciated. I am listed on Google so reviews here are welcome and would really help towards building my own wee empire.

Our shop is a great wee place, really welcoming, happy environment, kettle’s always on and biscuits are always stocked. I work along side Oor Shezza, she’s the gaffer with over 30 years experience, she’s like Edward Scissorhands when she’s in full swing! Through the back you’ll find the rest of the troops, Sheryl’s daughter, Megan who works away with her wee sidekick Rhiannon firing out all sorts of colours, toners and bouncy blows. Not to forget Caitlin and Nats, firing out all sorts of lashes, brows and nails, and last but not least, the guard dog herself, Oor Ruby, size of a cat, attitude of a Doberman!
