Hi everyone 🤍

I just wanted to pop a little note on here for any brides who may have seen a recent post circulating and felt worried about response times.

Firstly, if you’re booked in with me — please know you are so valued and I would never intentionally leave anyone without a reply. I take so much pride in my work and in looking after my brides from enquiry right through to the wedding morning.

Over the past week both of my little ones have unfortunately had a stomach bug, which has meant I’ve been slightly quieter on socials while focusing on them. Alongside that, I reply to messages on scheduled admin days as wedding mornings and family life can get very full on — this allows me to give each bride proper time and attention rather than rushed replies in between appointments.

I’ve also discovered that occasionally my business inbox (which combines multiple platforms) can auto-open Instagram messages when syncing, meaning they don’t always flag as unread. If you’ve ever been waiting longer than expected for a reply, it may simply be that it’s slipped through — please don’t hesitate to gently nudge me.
