It is my hope that more people become aware of the gift that they are to this world and that their presence makes all the difference.
Imagine that you have a broken leg. You had surgery last night, and today you lie in hospital, with pain and a cast on your leg. Now, let's say your dear friend arrives to visit you unexpectedly. You would be very happy to see him, but you do not expect him to heal your broken leg, right? Do you expect him to make the pain in your leg go away? No, of course not. But are you happy that he cares about you and makes the effort to come to the hospital to see you? Yes, very much.
It is the same with an emotional crisis. When you are in an emotional crisis, you do not expect your friends to solve the problem or take away your pain. But it is meaningful and healing nonetheless that they come to spend time with you. It is their presence that matters and the expression of their loyalty to your relationship that gives you strength and hope during your crisis.
We do not have to take away the pain of our loved ones, and we should not stop them from crying. We do not need to have a solution, all we have to do is be there for each other. Showing up, when it matters the most and gifting them a safe space to express their emotions and feelings. Trust that the tears will heal them as they release what has hurt them the most, and once they look up and see you, they will be forever thankful that you were there and still are. Because your presence made all the difference. Yes, YOURS.

First walk of 2026, what a beautiful start.
Thankyou to everyone for supporting my classes for another year.
I really do love what I do and consider myself very fortunate to have met such inspiring, fun, kind and generous people the last five years.
Going into 2026 I will be continuing to teach three weekly chair yoga classes and 4 hatha/ vinyasa mat based classes.
I will also be continuing to offer one to one sessions for anyone looking to work on some thing specific, if you're a beginner or working with an injury/ pain management.
Please get in touch if you would like more details or to book onto a class.
Wishing you a Healthy and happy New Year.
