Audrey - Our Aud can be found walking all over the country right now in training for her epic charity climb where she will be climbing Mount Kilermonjaro in September for Strathcarron Hospice - Good Luck Aud!!!

Leah - Some lovely news, Leah had a beautiful and healthy little boy called Joshua. We wish her and Allan congratulations and all the best for the future. Leah is still on maternity but will update everyone where she goes to work when she returns.


Raymond - Our wonderful Raymond has decided to hang up his scissors and retire. I am sure that all customers and staff would wish him all the best and thank him for his friendship, love, support, friendship but most of all a whole load of laughter! I am sure you will still see him about causing chaos and laughter everywhere he goes ❤

We wish all the staff of Zoo Hair and Beauty all the very best in the future but know they will shine wherever and whatever they do

🚨🚨 Zoo hair and beauty has now closed 🚨🚨

"Zoo Hair and Beauty was closed for an extended period of time following the National Lockdown imposed by the UK Government due to the Covid 19 pandemic. During this period, while much expenditure continued, obviously business income was zero. When restrictions were eased, the salon was able to open only on a restricted basis due to the close contact nature of the business. On a much reduced income, expenses grew as considerable expenditure was incurred on Personal Protective Equipment in order to protect customers/clients and staff. Every effort was made to meet the demands of the time in order to keep the business afloat during what was a very difficult trading situation for the industry as a whole, with reduction in client numbers and staff recruitment difficulties having made the situation even more difficult.

It is therefore, with a heavy heart, that we must announce that we can no longer continue to operate and that Zoo Hair and Beauty will cease trading at midnight on 12th July 2022."
