As Olivia is based in Australia year round, we had a chat about what would work best for her lifestyle and maintenance schedule. Together, we decided that keratin bonds were the better option.

Well this is one story to tell.
My client Olivia came to me 2 years ago when I was pregnant with Hallie to chat about having hair extensions fitted. She was very back and forth and honestly to begin with really unsure if she wanted them or not as she’d never had them before.
She eventually got in touch to say she’d like to go for it and we decided to go with 80-100g of nano hair extensions.
She came back once for a refit and told me she was going to go travel Australia.
I haven’t seen this client in two years but we have spoke now and again for advice with her nanos and discolouring of hair extensions due to water etc over there.
She messaged me Monday just passed and told me she’d had an absolute disaster with hair extensions that were only fitted 4 weeks ago and she needed my help. She also went on to tell me she was leaving the following Tuesday to go back to Australia so we literally had 1 week to squeeze her in and get it sorted.
Within that week we have tapes removed, patch test done, hair coloured, colour matched for bonds and 100g of bonds fitted for her to go back to Australia with.
She was so happy with the results and it was genuinely so nice to see her again and be able to put a big smile back on her face.
I’ve told her she’ll just need to come home again in 6 months if she wants it done right 🤣🤍.
Building these kind of relationships with my clients is so important to me and it made me so appreciative of this job and what I can do for a girls confidence.
