Massive well done to Julie & Gary on their HYROX practice run through at Stirling University today 💪🔥

They absolutely smashed it — shaving a few minutes off their last run through! The hard work is clearly paying off and they’re getting stronger every session 👏

With just under 5 weeks to go until the big day, the countdown is well and truly on ⏳

Some of you guys may already know that oor Julie will be taking part in a Hyrox fitness race at just shy of 70 years young, she will be doing this with her dear friend Gary Ralston 💪

Gary is currently on his own cancer journey and will still be undergoing treatment when they step onto that competition floor. Despite everything, he’s showing up with courage, determination, and the biggest heart.

Gary isn’t just doing this for himself, he’s doing it to raise awareness and support for an incredible kids’ charity: The Eilidh Brown Memorial Fund 💜

This journey is about resilience, friendship, and proving that even in the hardest moments, we can still do something meaningful for others.

Julie couldn’t be prouder to stand beside him ❤️
