Magnesium has a direct impact on hair growth. It regulates hair follicle production and the overall hair growth cycle, making it an essential mineral for healthy hair growth. When magnesium levels are low, hair follicles go into a resting phase and stop producing new hair, leading to hair loss.

Magnesium helps to keep hair healthy due in part to its role in protein synthesis. Protein synthesis is responsible for the creation of melanin and supporting the hair growth cycle. Without magnesium, protein synthesis is lost and translates to problems for the structure and hair growth process.

My next client today, she has been wearing hair extensions for a number of years but decided to take the plunge into meche integration as felt the top of her hair (parting area) was very thin and extensions cannot be used here.

Busy day today, my client was in having her integration system refitted. So I firstly removed it then we coloured her natural hair. I also coloured the closure , darkening to a more natural colour with a d lightly darker root. Then we added in some more wefts this time to get more shape and volume.

Weave completed today on client who has thinner hair due to T1D, so wanted a bit more length and volume. 2 different colours used to create a natural look ❤️

So today my client wanted some extra length & more volume in her hair, client has thinning hair through having Type 1 diabetes. We carried out the invisible weave technique so no visible tracks seen, using a combination of 2 different shades creating a very natural look ❤️
