Great day yesterday at the 5k Chariots of Fire Beach Race on the West Sands at St Andrews.

Always get a bit nervous before a run but feel just amazing after and appreciate what my body can do.

Reiki and exercise compliment each other perfectly. Using Reiki alongside your physical fitness routine promotes holistic wellness by enhancing your physical recovery, mental focus, and mind-body connection.
