What are the steps of a Japanese Hair Spa?

1. Scalp Cleansing

• Deep Cleansing: The treatment usually begins with a thorough scalp cleansing to remove dirt, excess oil, and product buildup. Special Japanese scalp exfoliators or cleansing creams may be used.
• Massage: This step often includes a relaxing massage that promotes blood circulation, which is believed to enhance hair growth.

2. Shampoo and Conditioning

• Gentle Shampooing: A gentle, high-quality shampoo designed to nourish the scalp is used. Some treatments may incorporate herbal or natural ingredients.
• Conditioning Mask: After shampooing, a conditioning mask is applied. These masks are rich in nutrients like keratin, proteins, and amino acids to strengthen and repair the hair.
