Amongst our vast list of available treatments; we are the first in Scotland to offer the revolutionary BHRT therapy for women suffering with pre, post or current menopausal symptoms. Run entirely by Advanced NHS qualified nurses; the combined experience and knowledge of our staff creates a safe and appropriate medical environment for our clientele. The range of treatments offered in clinic by our Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners is wide,this allows for treatment plans to be tailored around the needs of the individual for optimum results. We also have a resident esthetician, beautician, nail technician and podiatrist who do a wide range of non surgical beauty and well being treatments. In addition to this we offer a weekly skin scanning clinic whereby we provide an in-depth analysis of an individuals skin, educate about skincare and offer skincare routine and product advice from a qualified skincare specialist. All treatments at our clinic are results driven and we pride ourselves on our excellent client satisfaction rate. At Beauty Health Aesthetics, we work with a non disclosure policy, whereby all client information is protected and confidential. MEET THE TEAM | JULIA
Julia is our amazing Owner and Clinical Director here at Beauty Health Aesthetics in Stirling. With almost two decades of experience in medical aesthetics and a nursing career spanning nearly five decades, having begun in 1979, Julia brings extensive clinical knowledge to her work in aesthetics, skin health and wellness. A significant part of her NHS career was spent in advanced practice, strengthening her expertise in clinical assessment, decision-making and patient care.
Her approach centres on personalised care, informed treatment choices and natural-looking results. As Clinical Director, she oversees clinical standards and supports her team in delivering safe, professional care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Alongside her clinic leadership, Julia is actively involved in aesthetics education and mentoring through Clinical Growth Academy. Her training work emphasises practical skills, clinical understanding and patient safety, helping practitioners develop confidence and competence in their practice.
Julia really is an expert in all things skin!

It was smiles all round at our Glow Day Event!
It’s always a great time to gather some friends and raise a LOT of money for an amazing charity!

MEET THE TEAM | EMMA
Meet Emma, our aesthetician here at BHA. Emma joined the team in 2022 as a Beautician and makeup artist with a passion for all things skin health and with the goal of becoming a skin care specialist. Over her time at BHA, Emma has trained almost constantly to reach this goal.
Emma’s special interests in skin include acne and skin health longevity.
Her favourite part of the job is seeing results, not just in the skin, but in your overall health. Particularly improvement in mental health and the confidence that having healthy skin brings.
Outside of work, you can find Emma busy exploring Scotland’s museums, learning our history and native languages with her son David, or out walking her dog Belle!

Adele is a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber with a passion for medical aesthetics, skin health and helping people feel confident in their own skin.
Alongside her nursing career and being a busy mum, Adele has built her aesthetics journey around something incredibly important to her — providing safe, honest and personalised treatments.
Her approach to aesthetics is all about enhancing what you already have rather than changing the way you look. She loves creating natural-looking results and tailoring every treatment to the individual. ✨
For Adele, it’s just as important that you feel comfortable and listened to as it is that you love your results. Her priority is making sure every client feels informed, confident and involved in their treatment choices.
She is also passionate about continuing her education, developing her skills and keeping her practice evidence-based, professional and, most importantly, safe.
