Happy Sunday lovelies 🫶 I have a couple of spaces for this week for all beauty.

Please can everyone read their reminders I send out. This has information on how to get into the building, which floor you will find me on and also instructions when you arrive to take a seat.
The chair has my business logo on it through the door at the top of the ramp.
If I do not buzz you in and someone lets you in (which is fine), but I dont know you have arrived if your not at the chair with my business logo on.

Please arrive just on time or a couple mins early as I cant get to the buzzer any earlier, as I am busy with clients back to back and this is making me run late having to leave their treatment.

Take a seat when you arrive and relax until I come out to get you for your treatment, please do not chap my treatment door, as I can be in relaxing treatments and this will disturb my client's.

If you are running late please let me know in advance. If you are 15mins or later I unfortunately cannot carry out your treatment. This has a knock on effect to the full day & its not fair on clients nor myself. If im running late I always send a message to give as much notice as I can to save you hanging about.

We will get there when everyone gets to know where I am ❤️

Good Evening 🌃 Hope everyone had a lovely weekend.

Sorry to have to put my cancellation policy up again. I have this in place to protect my business, as I cannot fill last minute cancellations/rescheduled slots.
I do not make money doing this I actually loose money.
Ive already done my stock order for every treatment I have in that week, Ive turned away clients wanting treatments, as im full. Ive sorted my diary for that full week.
I dont want to have to use my policy, as it causes me alot of anxiety and stress and its not fair on myself or clients to have 1 rule for 1 and not another.
I try my very best to be fair with every single person, by discounting the following apppintment, having loyalty cards, I do offers and discounted treatments.

So please give as much notice as you can. I understand things happen and come up, but my policy isnt a new one & its there to protect my business and try to prevent this happening.

I dont want to have to be off work due to stress and anxiety, as this is my livlihood and I love what I do ❤️.

♡Bookings & Cancellations
* Please provide at least 48hrs notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
Anything less than 48hrs notice FULL treatment is payable

♡Booking Fees
*All booking fees of 50% are Non - Refundable fees to secure your booking

♡ Payment Method
*Cash & Bank transfer is for booking fees made online only

♡Fresha is my online BOOKING SYSTEM ONLY
* This is not set up to take payments or have my policy in place (this is all done by myself!)
*If cancelling/rescheduling appointments via Fresha less than 72hrs this will not allow you to do so via the app
