Such a lovely day at Platt Fields Park today, representing the BACP as part of the Parenting Grind campaign. 💛
It was all about encouraging parents — new or experienced — to think about their own wellbeing and how therapy can support them.
I loved connecting with people, having open and honest chats about parenting and mental health, and sharing a little about the support therapy can offer. And of course… free coffee! ☕️ 😂
A really positive day filled with lovely conversations, connection and a reminder that parents deserve support too. 🌿

🌿 I’m currently taking on new therapy clients 🌿
Sometimes you don’t need someone to fix everything — you just need somewhere safe to talk, make sense of what you’re carrying, and feel genuinely heard.
I offer person-centred, trauma-informed therapy in a warm, non-judgemental space, supporting people through experiences including:
✨ Trauma & domestic abuse
✨ PMDD & menopause
✨ Anxiety, overwhelm & difficult life transitions
✨ Relationship and attachment difficulties
✨ Navigating the family court system
✨ Self-worth, boundaries & rebuilding yourself
Sessions are available online or in person in Heaton Chapel, Stockport, with flexible appointments including late evenings and Sundays.
I also offer a free phone or Zoom consultation so you can have a chat with me first and see whether I feel like the right therapist for you — with absolutely no pressure to book.
🤎 Currently accepting new clients.

🌱 New Work & New Chapters 🌱
Really enjoyed delivering a Vision Board Workshop for young people through Flourish CIC.
The session gave young people a creative space to think about their future, explore their goals and aspirations, and consider what they would like their next chapter to look like.
We explored hopes around education, work, wellbeing, relationships and personal growth, turning thoughts and ideas into something visual that they could take away with them.
Vision boards aren’t just about dreaming big — they’re an opportunity to pause, recognise what matters to us and begin thinking about the small steps that can move us forward.
A lovely session centred around possibility, confidence and looking ahead. 🌿✨
Looking forward to doing more work supporting young people to explore what they want for their futures.
If you’d like to make a booking for me to facilitate a workshop for your Work place or Organisation please get in touch.

There is something incredibly powerful about creating space for young people to pause, dream, and believe in what is possible.
Today, I had the pleasure of facilitating a Vision Board Workshop as part of the Make a Difference, Earn a Living event in collaboration with Flourish Together CIC.
It was inspiring to see so many young people engage with creativity, explore their ambitions, and begin turning ideas into tangible goals. Vision boards are about so much more than cutting and sticking—they encourage reflection, hope, confidence, and the belief that our future can be shaped by the choices we make today.
A huge thank you to Flourish Together CIC for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful event and for the incredible work they do supporting young people across our communities.
I’m always grateful for opportunities to combine my therapeutic background with creative, strengths-based approaches that empower people to thrive.
Here’s to more collaboration, connection, and helping people realise their potential. 🌱✨

Mental Health Awareness Month – Workplace Wellbeing
This May, support your team’s wellbeing by bringing mental health into the workplace in a gentle, practical way.
I’m offering workplace wellbeing visits where I come into your organisation and provide:
• Taster therapy sessions for staff
• Mini mindful doodle workshops to reduce stress and improve focus
• A calm, supportive space to pause, reflect and reset
These sessions are ideal for staff wellbeing days, mental health awareness events, or team support initiatives. No creative experience is needed – the focus is simply on slowing down, connecting and supporting mental wellbeing.
As a qualified therapist, I specialise in supporting emotional wellbeing, stress, and life challenges, bringing both professional knowledge and a warm, approachable style to workplaces.
If your organisation would like to support staff wellbeing this Mental Health Awareness Month, I’d love to hear from you.
