Lower face rejuvenation isn’t about changing your face — it’s about restoring what time has taken away 🤍

As we age, we naturally lose volume, structure and support through the lower face. The lips can become thinner, lines around the mouth become more noticeable and the corners of the mouth can begin to turn downwards — all of which can make the lower face appear heavier or more tired.

For this lovely patient, our goal was softness, support and balance.

By carefully treating the lips and surrounding lower-face area, we’ve created a softer, more supported appearance while maintaining her natural features.

✨ Restored subtle lip volume and support
✨ Softened the appearance of perioral lines
✨ Improved balance around the mouth
✨ Reduced the appearance of downturning at the mouth corners
✨ Created a softer, more refreshed lower face

What I love most is that she still looks completely like herself. There are no oversized lips or obvious signs of filler — just a subtle, considered rejuvenation.

Because great aesthetic treatment shouldn’t make people wonder “What has she had done?”

It should make them think “She looks really well.” 🤍

Individual results vary. Treatment is tailored following consultation and facial assessment.

After a little time away soaking up the newborn bubble, I’m so excited to say The Cosmetic Medic is returning to clinic from 17th August. 🤍

I’ll be easing myself back in and balancing clinic life with being a new mum, so appointments will be limited initially — meaning if you’ve been waiting for your treatment or you’re due your little refresh, I’d recommend getting booked in early.

As always, my focus remains the same: natural, considered treatments that enhance what’s already yours — never changing what makes you, you.

It feels so good to be coming back to a job and a business I genuinely love, while stepping into this completely new chapter of life. ✨

Appointments available from 17th August.
DM me to book or enquire. 🤍

✨ A little life update… ✨

For the past couple of weeks I’ve been soaking up every precious moment in my newborn bubble with our beautiful baby girl, April, whilst taking the time to recover from my C-section.

Thank you so much for all of your patience, kind messages and continued support. It genuinely means the world to me. 💚

I’m now starting to look ahead and I’m excited to say that my diary will be reopening for appointments in August!

If you’ve been waiting to book in for anti-wrinkle treatments, skin boosters, fillers or skincare, please send me a DM and I’ll add you to my priority booking list before appointments are released.

I can’t wait to welcome you all back and help you feel your absolute best. ✨

See you very soon,

Holly 💚

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that all fillers are the same.

In reality, different products are designed for different areas of the face.

A lip filler isn’t the same product I would choose for cheek support.

And a product designed for facial structure wouldn’t be my first choice for lips.

Choosing the correct product is one of the reasons why natural-looking results are achieved.

The goal isn’t to make everyone look the same.

The goal is to create a treatment plan that’s tailored specifically to you.

Have you ever wondered what filler is actually used for different areas of the face?

The best filler results are often the ones nobody notices. ✨

A little hydration, a little definition, and lips that still look like you.

No overfilling.
No migration.
No obvious “done” look.

Just soft, natural enhancement tailored to your features.

Most people don’t need a 10-step skincare routine.

They need to master the fundamentals.

These are the 5 things I wish every patient understood before spending hundreds on skincare and treatments.

✔ SPF
✔ Vitamin C
✔ Retinol
✔ Hydration
✔ Consistency

Which one are you currently struggling with?

These women are identical twins.

They share the same genetics, but not the same sun protection habits.

One consistently protected her skin from UV exposure. The other didn’t.

The result? More wrinkles, pigmentation, loss of elasticity and visible signs of ageing.

☀️ Up to 80% of visible facial ageing is caused by UV exposure.

That’s why SPF isn’t just for holidays, hot weather or sunny days abroad. It’s one of the most effective anti-ageing products available.

If you’re investing in skincare, treatments or facials but skipping SPF, you’re missing the most important step.

Protect now. Correct less later.

“I felt completely comfortable and in expert hands the entire time.”

This is exactly how every client should feel.

Treatments are important, but trust comes first.

Thank you Kirsty for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. Knowing my clients feel safe, informed and looked after throughout their journey means more to me than any before and after ever could.
