Reflexology uses gentle pressure and massage techniques on different areas of the feet, which in traditional Reflexology are mapped to different areas of the body.

You lie back. You’re warm and comfortable. You don’t have to make conversation. And for the next hour, absolutely nobody requires anything from you.
