What Reflexology Really Does for the Body

Reflexology is more than a relaxing foot treatment it’s a therapeutic method that supports the whole body through the nervous system. By applying gentle, targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, reflexology sends signals through the nerves to help the body rebalance, release tension and restore a sense of calm.
