A hair and make up team I'm Chloe Rigney from Painted Ladies. I am a Stockport /Manchester based, Diploma qualified Freelance Make Up Artist.
I have been working in the industry full time for 4 years now and before this for many years as more of a hobby and part time job. In this time I am proud to say that I have had the pleasure of working more than 50 brides, helping them create their ideal wedding makeup. By keeping up to date with the industry; regularly attending makeup workshops and training courses, I have developed my skills to encompass the latest techniques and trends into the services that I provide each of my clients. I only use the highest quality Makeup products from the leading cosmetic houses on my clients and as well as being a fully trained HD Airbrush Makeup Artist, I am a pro member of Mac, Bobbi Brown & Illamasqu. I don’t believe in a generic look for makeup, I will work with you to create whatever you have in mind, whether that is a classic English rose or a more dramatic celebrity inspired look.
