Since the age of 7 I have trained in martial arts until recently, the discipline and life lessons training given has shaped me.
From there I took an interest in sports science in college. Later on I qualified within Swedish massage and Sports massage. Sports play a big part in a lot of people’s lives. Maybe not quite everyone, but a lot.
And for those taking part, either individually or as part of a team, can have a big impact on their lives.
Martial arts were a huge part of growing up for me, providing with with exercise, discipline patience and numerous characteristics. Many of which can be achieved from sports into life.
So knowing I can help those through injuries and get back to taking part or competing again…..& reach their goals is always a big boost and you can’t help but feel proud knowing their accomplishments.

ABC’S GET FIT FOR CHRISTMAS
6am FAT BLAST SMALL GROUP TRAINING CAMP
STARTING ON NOVEMBER 5TH
TWO places remain for the 6am six-week fat blast camp (maximum of 4 people).
This is ideal for anyone who would like a personal training experience for a fraction of the price.
To be eligible for this, you will need to commit to training twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday at 6am.
Workouts will be structured to include resistance training alongside cardio and core strength.
Nutritional guidance will be given alongside accountability in the form of weekly weigh-ins and/or measurements depending on your preference.
So, if you need more support with your training and wish to lose weight and/or improve your body tone, get in touch to secure a place.
Total price for 12 sessions - £120

Using Cupping to help treat Plantar Fasciitis today.
Client has been suffering for several months and entirely fed up of the discomfort & pain.
It really can be debilitating when it becomes difficult to walk upon. And can often take a long time to recover.
The cupping helps focus on the muscle helping to soften, create space for the muscle to move, and release tension up into the calf muscle. The discomfort alleviates and some mobility work helps ease symptoms for recovery.

One of the Active Body Conditioning Centre members Oliver Riddle is raising funds for Vision25 in Stockton.
A fantastic Charity providing Independent training and social care for young people living with disabilities.
Oliver & his colleagues at Tracero will be taking part in a trek across Costa Rica in February.
All donations and funds will be made to the charity.
Tickets are £5, & prizes are mentioned in the pic.
